Video: Your bag’s journey on Delta

“Have you ever wondered where your bags go after they pass through those black rubber flaps at the airport?”

That’s the question that Delta asks in conjunction with this video, which is meant to promote its new bag-tracking app for mobile devices.

But promotional gimmick or not, the video gives airline buffs a fun view of the a journey a bag takes as en route from check-in to pick-up.

In Delta’s own words, here’s how it describes the above video:

Well, we rigged a bag with 6 cameras and sent it on its way from Atlanta to New York, just so you could find out (where your bags go)! This is an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at some of the people, places and things your bag encounters on its way to get from Point A to Point B.

Enjoy … and check back later Friday morning around 9:15 a.m. ET for another fun aviation-themed video post.
