We’ve all had a case of insomnia in a hotel, especially when we’ve traveled across time zones and have jet lag. So what do most of us do when this happens?

Even though experts suggest quiet activities such as reading a book, most of us click on our hotel TV, according to more than 1,000 replies to USATODAY.com and TripAdvisor.com’s latest survey.
